Response from Property: 尊敬的賓客，感謝您選擇入住維也納寶安中心翻身地鐵站店，非常抱歉沒能給您圓滿的入住體驗 關於您反饋的問題我們也極度重視，前幾天夜晚氣温較低，酒店空調採用的是中央空調，主機的工作模式設定製暖時，會製造暖氣通過管道輸送到所有房間，模式設定製冷時亦是如此，房間的操作面板是無法改變工作模式衹能調節風力大小和温度。我們是根據天氣情況和大部分客人的要求來決定的，現在是冬天，氣温在十幾度，所以我們開啟的是制暖模式非常感謝您提的寶貴意見，幫助我們改進和進步，沒能讓您滿意我們深表歉意，酒店全體同事期待您的下次光臨，感受我們的努力，祝您工作順利，闔家幸福！
