We arrived around 10pm and had to wait around 10 minutes to check-in as there was an unusual long line and only one staff member working the desk. They gave us a room with an awkward pillar in the middle, but it didn’t matter too much to us but it just looked odd. The room although was clean, seemed like it had some water damage in the ceiling and small traces of mold in the shower. Another negative we encountered was that the room was extremely dry and quite hot, but we couldn’t turn on the air con as the front desk said it wasn’t functioning during the winter months. It was quite uncomfortable to have no airflow in our room. Some positives were the location, cleanliness and room affordability!

It is cost-effective, close to the subway station, and a few hundred meters away from Shenzhen University. Unfortunately, Shenzhen University needs to make an appointment in advance and I couldn't get in. It is three subway stations away from Window of the World. The environment is quiet and I like it very much. You can also make Kung Fu tea in the self-service coffee area. The children said it was like at home. Yes, a feeling of home. The front desk service is also very good, and coffee and chrysanthemum tea are also provided. Five-star recommendation!
