Sound proofing is awful, can hear neighbours turning the light switch on and voices out in the hallway. Don’t expect to get a good night sleep if you are sensitive to noise. Shower was leaking water aswell and the room reeked ofcigarette smoke.
The only positive is that the Hotel is 5mins away from Shenzhen North Station.
