設施：設備都挺新 也有智能管家 語音控制
衞生：這價位衞生也是出奇的好 無法挑刺
另外有一個加分點 就是大堂有24小時值勤人員 防止外來人員 就算在大堂等人也需要登記。另外外賣也衹能用機械人送 就算同電梯內 分別2個樓層的住户都需要各自刷卡 才能按自己的樓層挺好的，可惜的就是酒店送的早餐 起不來沒法去享用
