入住深圳鳳凰智慧公寓酒店，雖不算豪華，但性價比很高，套房的房間很大，適合一家多口人入住。停車場在-1層，車位充足，夏天小車不用頂着烈日烤曬。酒店工作人員態度很好，服務周到，令人有賓至如歸的感覺。前台的李孟夏小姐姐很主動替客人着想，有問必答，有困難熱心幫助。比如本人由於下午有會議，她瞭解情況後主動幫忙延長退房時間，讓本人能有充足時間休息，體現了顧客至上的服務精神，下次有機會再來深圳，還想入住這家酒店。

房間非常大，環境也很好，非常安靜，冰箱電磁爐洗衣機都有很方便 不過房間有點悶，而且有些時候電會自動斷，不知道是不是房卡取電的問題 陽台很大 另外因為我預訂的房間凌晨3點入住，前台也是一直不敢睡等我來了才安心休息，非常感謝前台的等待

The promised "panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows" are not only covered with stains, but the curtains are also tattered and can't be closed tightly. The bedding is a bigger problem. There are obvious stains on the sheets, which exude a musty smell. The pillowcases are also wrinkled, and it feels like they haven't been changed for a long time. The toilet in the bathroom does not flush smoothly, the shower head water is intermittent, the floor drain smells bad, and the whole space is damp and stuffy.
