I was worried because of the many bad reviews but in the end it wasn’t that bad at all. For this price I think it’s a good deal. The space seems small but compared to HK it is very reasonable.
Strengths:
Elevator is very fast
Towels are soft
TV has shows/movies
Mattress isn’t too hard
I think the weakness is that the room isn’t as new as shown as the photos. Cleanliness is acceptable, and good enough but don’t expect 5 star for a 2 star price.
