暑假帶寶寶去玩 酒店距離海很近 想去沙灘玩的非常建議 房間有點舊 但是衞生情況還可以 晚上睡覺的時候要記得點電蚊水 整體來説還是不錯的 帶孩子去玩的很開心 服務人員態度也比較好

The room had a nice view for a garden view (we actually could see the sea); however, there were a few things broken in the room like the safe box. The hotel did not fix it. The hotel is older and has not been updated in a while. For example, the carpet was worn down in 2020 when we visited and has not been replaced. The outside has seen much wear and tear.
The main pool was nice and great for kids if you got there early. It becomes easily overcrowded. However, the kid pool was not always open (the one with the fountains and slide). The main pool did not officially open until 10 am, which is inconvenient for those who like to swim early. The infinity pool doesn't open until 12 if at all. We never saw it open. The go-karts were fun and were probably the highlight for older child.
The food was okay. It's mostly the same with little variation for both breakfast and dinner.
The beach is patrolled by guards and swimming was not allowed right outside the hotel, but you could walk down a bit to the public swimming area. It's a little inconvenient with little kids. Unfortunately, the nearby Waterpark has also shut down, which limits activities outside of the hotel for kids.

This is the first time I write a bad review for a hotel. 1. The hotel's outdoor swimming pool is not open, saying it is under maintenance. Why not wait until the peak season to maintain it instead of during the off-season? 2. As a five-star resort hotel by the sea, it does not have its own exclusive beach. You cannot swim in the sea at the beach in front of the hotel, and you are not even allowed to walk on the beach after 7pm. May I ask the hotel, do we spend 2,000 yuan to stay in your hotel just to sleep in the hotel?
