三日兩夜小旅行，酒店乾淨，設施亦好。只是check in時服務員末有管理好插隊打尖的無理客人，視而不理，實在感到無奈。
既然遇上無質素嘅客人，懇請當席的服務員要維持秩序，這也是應當的基本責任吧

這家酒店的服務簡直太貼心了，從踏進大門那一刻就讓人感覺像回到家一樣温暖。房間打掃得一塵不染，各種設施都很齊全，住起來特別舒服，衞生細節做得很好，環境明亮，服務員特別有禮貌，不管是送餐還是整理房間都特別細心。酒店裡還有健身房、游泳池和會議室這些配套設施，想運動或者辦公都很方便。整體體驗特別好，絕對值得推薦給大家！

這家酒店我住過好幾次，每次體驗都很棒。房間打掃得特別乾淨，衞生清潔到位，環境明亮，所有東西都擺放得整整齊齊。床鋪尤其舒服，躺上去就不想起來。服務員態度特別好，遇到問題都能馬上幫忙解決，讓人感覺很温暖。酒店的設計也很有特色，既時尚又實用。最讓人滿意的是他們的服務，工作人員總是笑臉相迎，特別熱情周到，讓人住得很舒心。

深鐵皇冠假日酒店位於南山區深南大道旁，位置超方便。環境明亮，衞生乾淨，出門就有奈雪、星巴克、瑞幸咖啡和711便利店，想喝奶茶、買零食都很近。步行不遠還能到南頭古城逛逛，感受老城區的氛圍。酒店設施很新，開業才兩三年，房間乾淨舒適。服務特別貼心，前台禮賓都很熱情，會主動幫忙解決問題。早餐種類豐富，健身房器材齊全，泳池水質乾淨。交通也很便利，地鐵站就在附近。整體體驗很棒，性價比高，下次來深圳還會選擇住這裏。
