The front desk staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. When checking in, they told me that there might be noise due to renovation works in the hotel. He informed you in a very rude way. When asked whether the noise would occur in the morning or at night, he did not answer the question. The behavior is unprofessional and impolite. The company should step up training for front desk staff.
