nice stay, though it's a bit far from the city with not much entertainment or dining options. However, it's pretty close to the exhibition and snow area, and the services were perfect and helpful. There was airplane noise all day, but I was still satisfied. Just sad the outdoor swimming pool was under maintenance. This isn't my first time choosing Crowne Plaza, and I'm definitely going to do it again in the future! ;)

非常棒的體驗，買了滑雪票套餐，偶然被升等行政房，房間乾淨、有浴缸、離機場兩站地鐵但是一點都不吵、早餐還不錯，有現點腸粉 蒸排骨等。
離地鐵口步行5分鐘內
室內室外游泳池、健身房都不錯
對皇冠假日印象很好，希望下次有機會再來

酒店挺新的，特別喜歡酒店的自行車，小朋友一天要去騎好幾次，外面的綠道也特別舒適，但有一點美中不足就是小童遊樂園關得太早了，希望以後可以延遲一點，解放家長。早餐中規中矩吧，其他都挺好的，工作人員都很熱情。

為了去華髮熱雪奇蹟滑雪定的套餐，學藝不精，摔了幾次。酒店各項設施都很好，基本是我去過的皇冠假日酒店裡最好的，就是游泳池的更衣室那些是自助的，一開始有點不習慣。

非常好的體驗！因為有小孩來，主動給升級了更大的房間，乾淨有浴缸。有無邊泳池，還有幾間小朋友玩的，自助餐海鮮新鮮，很好吃，還有小朋友做披薩環節。健身房器材可以再多一些種類就完美了，總體很好

房間很大，設施齊全，衞生乾淨。我們入住的比較晚，已經是晚上十點了，前台服務態度很好，按照我之前預訂的要求安排了房間。住得很舒服，有浴缸，離滑雪場也很近。室內室外都有泳池，水質也很好，玩得很放心。值得推薦的是更衣室，乾淨明朗舒適，還有蒸房，熱躺椅和熱水按摩池。小童除了泳池還有比較大的波波池，沙池，放映廳，彩彩泥池，户外燒烤區。不管是帶娃還是休閑放鬆都很適合。早餐中規中矩，提升空間很大。酒店整體維護很棒。

酒店服務很貼心，房間大且新，
早、晚餐飲服務也很好，早餐是會員，有隱藏服務，晚餐性價比高。
但屬於新商圈，周邊沒什麼餐飲娛樂，
入駐給做了升級，退房瞭解到是18點航班，主動給了最大延時。

服務很好，健身房，泳池以及桑拿設施在皇冠假日裏屬於頂配。但酒店選址有硬傷，突出部的房間正好在航網上碰到起降會很吵，另外樓宇有一側是面對面的公寓導致衹能一直拉着窗簾。早餐中規中矩，控本做的很好，腸粉（太鹹），小排，蛋黃可頌這類需要單點，有些耽擱時間。
