設施：浴缸電視無法使用，遙控器是假的。小冰箱製冷不行，冰棒啥的會融化。
衞生：可能是這種地板不容易不太容易看清楚，再加上燈光昏暗，地上有一團毛髮，沒有清理乾淨。
環境：環境還行，有超大的泳池，就是來游泳的小孩太多了，跳來跳去太吵了。
服務：服務還行，基本上有求必應。水喝完了可以送。

The hotel is large and has a beautiful environment, but the attitude of some staff towards guests needs to be improved. We were yelled at by the staff who bought tickets for the swimming pool. Hotel guests don’t need to buy tickets. Can’t we be polite? The SPA staff saw that we understood the environment of the venue and didn’t consume immediately, which made us uncomfortable. When ordering tea at the restaurant, they told us to “hurry up”, which was very rude and unfriendly. I bought jewelry in the hotel twice. Once, a very nice little girl called me, and the other time, a sister “patted” the jewelry and put it back in the counter. Management leaders should face up to it. It’s good to have good hardware, but also good people. Maybe everyone is not happy at work, and can’t smile in front of guests~~
