Vienna Hotel (Shenzhen Luohuo Aiguo Road) Reviews

Booked three rooms for a family of six. This was part of my extension as trip app allowed me to cancel for free until the same day at 6pm. This was really useful as I was uncertain whether we needed to stay over at HK for the night. One particular shoutout to the receptionists on Wednesday evening. I requested to extend the day to check out on 23rd at 10pm. Rightfully their day room is charged until 8pm only but they kindly accommodated us to check out at 10pm :D for this I’d definitely give them a 5 star for service! Sightseeing wise, there’s a donghu garden near the corner which can provide for a v nice walk, and I happily had chagee tea at vicity. Both are within ten minutes walk from the hotel :D

Summary: I strongly discourage using this hotel unless you smoke like a chimney and enjoy the company of people lacking social etiquette. Robot obstructs the lift & slows it even more. ~20 minutes walk to / from the three closest metro stations (Cuizhu, Tianbei, and Tai'an) Some rooms noisy Laundry not accessible before 9am Ugly: Guests smoking everywhere, including laundry, passages, & lifts Hotel not enforcing their own no-smoking rule Room smelled of smoke Guests aggressively spitting in rubbish bins at reception and at lifts, even within sight of breakfast tables Guests openly and very loudly clearing their throats in corridors, lift, breakfast hall, and reception Guests overtly and loudly cutting finger nails in lifts & dropping residue on the floor I realise that the hotel cannot police every guest, but the complacency demonstrated by the hotel condones and encourages disturbing antisocial behaviour. There are cameras everywhere, including in the lifts, foyers, corridors, & 7 at reception. These are likely just for show and are not actively used. While the reception, housekeeping, breakfast, room, bed, and shower, are all good, the hotel's lack of underlying respect and blatant misinformation online about smoking, attracts the sort of guest with whom I do not feel comfortable. I would not want to stay at this hotel again. There are many better hotels around that cost only a small bit more. I'll happily pay a few more CNY for a smoke-free environment with good quality people.

The best hotel in Shenzhen

The room is big and clean, the air-conditioner is cold enough, the pillow is very comfortable, and it is very quiet at night and I can sleep until dawn (I don't know if it's because I live on the 18th floor). The breakfast is really good. The chef makes rice rolls on the spot, which is worth praising. There is also freshly ground coffee and tofu pudding. It is really surprising to have a room and breakfast of this quality for more than 400 yuan. The only drawback is that it is far from the subway. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to Yijing and Taihe subway stations.

I went to Shenzhen for business some time ago and chose to stay at Vienna Hotel Shenzhen Aiguo Road Branch. The experience was great and I must praise it! - Excellent location: The hotel is located on Aiguo Road, Luohu District, with convenient transportation around it and not far from the subway station. It is very convenient to go to various attractions in Shenzhen or to the commercial district. There are also many delicious foods nearby. You can find all kinds of delicious food in a few steps. It is so friendly to me as a foodie. Moreover, it is adjacent to Luohu, Liantang and Wenjin Ports, and entry and exit are extremely convenient. It is also close to Shenzhen Railway Station. For people who often travel or need to catch a train, the geographical location is perfect. - Elegant environment: From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you can feel its unique atmosphere. The decoration style is classic European style, classic, elegant and warm. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the details show quality. The hotel is surrounded by green trees and fresh air. Even if you are in a bustling area, you can enjoy a moment of tranquility. - Comfortable room: The room I stayed in this time is quite large and well-planned, without a sense of crampedness. The room is well-equipped, the bed is very comfortable, and the mattress is moderately hard and soft. It feels like being gently wrapped when lying on it. I slept very well all night, and I was full of energy the next day, completely eliminating the fatigue of the journey. The room is also equipped with high-speed wireless network, and the TV is also very clear. It is very comfortable to watch a movie or a TV series during the rest time. The curtains, lights and other equipment are intelligently controlled, which can be operated by just moving your mouth. It is full of technology and very convenient. Moreover, the room has good sound insulation, and you will not be disturbed by the outside world when sleeping at night. - Intimate service: When checking in, the front desk staff is enthusiastic and efficient. Not only did they help me arrange everything quickly, but they also kindly introduced the hotel's services and fun places around me, which made people feel warm. During the stay, if you have any needs, call the front desk, and the staff will respond quickly and help solve them. In addition, the hotel also provides free parking services, which is really considerate for people who travel by car. - Rich breakfast: The buffet breakfast on the second day gave me a big surprise. The breakfast is rich and varied, with all kinds of Chinese and Western food. There are fresh fruits, hot bread, nutritious porridge, freshly made noodles, etc., all of which taste very good and can fully meet the taste needs of different people and start a day full of vitality. Whether it is the location, environment, or room facilities and services, they are impeccable. Next time I come to Shenzhen, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

I have booked it many times, but the voice control is a bit annoying now. The hygiene is average. The floor seems to be very dusty. I didn't order breakfast, but the hotel staff sent it to me. Thank you. It's just over 300 yuan. It's a pretty big room.

The check-in experience was great. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept until I woke up naturally. The room environment was elegant, the hotel layout was stylish, the service staff was friendly, and they were very patient in answering questions. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted good. The transportation was also very convenient. It was less than 100 meters away from the bus station, and you could take a taxi when you went out. It was convenient to eat and shop around. I will choose this hotel next time.

The room is spacious. It is close to Donghu Park and has a great view from the upper floors. The chairs are very comfortable and electric. The environment is relatively quiet and there is no construction around. All aspects of hygiene are very clean. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the subway station. You can only take a taxi when traveling.

This hotel is considered the ceiling of Vienna. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, the rooms are large, the high floors have a sunny view, and there are thoughtful desserts, snacks and fruits for delivery. It is not far from the Dongmen commercial district, and there are restaurants downstairs that offer everything you can eat. Very cost-effective 👍

The stay experience was great, the room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the bed was comfortable, I slept soundly, the staff was warm and thoughtful, the service was very considerate, and the breakfast was rich in variety. The taste was also good, I will choose here next time.
