酒店安排很混亂 我們到的時候大量人排隊 說沒房間了
之後又說有19間 我們最後成功入住 但搞流程搞差不多了1小時...房間空調不夠 廁所去水不好 好在房間也夠大 整體3分🥲

衞生：不乾淨 首先衞生間馬桶坐墊上有陳年發黃尿漬，底墊發黃髮黑，其次床上不乾淨，晚上睡着睡着被毒蟲咬直接癢醒，第二天手還是腫的，衞生真的不好，需要改善
服務：因為是週六排隊人特別多，排了快一個小時説沒有大床房了，瞬間人就全都湧上來非常之混亂，不過，前台小哥服務不錯，非常耐心地幫忙換成了雙床房，好評
環境：環境還不錯，窗簾挺遮光的，整體上是那種復古風格，還可以

Hotel was ok but service was pathetic . They don’t have extra glasses to drink water nor do they have ice. Refrigerator isn’t working in the suite room.
