Response from Property: Thank you very much for choosing our Hoste! Our rooms were converted from an old private house, so the soundproofing is not as good as it is now in the new building. We have previously replaced the soundproof glass, which should help when you close the windows and doors! We have tested and purchased these mattresses, so if you would like them to be softer, you can add an extra quilt at the front desk, and we would welcome you back!

Response from Property: Hello. The hostel hired a professional pest control company to carry out pest control work once a week and record and archive. The cleaning staff cleans and disinfects the room every day, and the bedding is also washed and disinfected according to hygiene requirements. After you reported that you were bitten by insects, we actively dealt with it as soon as possible. Although we did not send "insects", we also changed the bed sheets and quilt covers for you and changed the room; and asked other guests in the same room and guests who used the same batch of bed sheets and quilt covers, and no similar situation was found. The vegetation coverage rate of the surrounding environment of the hostel is high and green. It is not certain whether you are caused by your own body, in the hostel or when you go out. The front desk staff recommends that you go to the hospital to check the cause. But you did not choose to seek medical treatment, and used this as an excuse to not cooperate with the hostel's business rules. On the premise of knowing that the corresponding room fee must be paid for delayed check-out, it is still delayed and refused to pay. The comment that "the lobby is full of cockroaches and some beds are full of bedbugs and lice" is completely untrue. Because the front desk staff did not meet your unreasonable requirements, they were given such a bad review, which is not accepted.

There is a small garden on the first floor of our youth hostel, and beautiful flowers and plants in front of the hostel, as well as two cute cats and a small dog.
