The building seems to have been built not long ago. However, it is not luxurious because it is an officetel. There is noise coming from the window, and lights come on at night. If you are sensitive, I recommend going somewhere else. The bathroom and shower are together. The shower room is small. It seems to use a water heater, but it is advised that the temperature drops after 15 minutes. If you take a long shower, I recommend avoiding it.
