這家酒店很久沒做裝修。外面牆發票，酒店的設備很舊。如果站在陽台的話，看不到海，因為沙灘的樹太高了，擋住了海景。沙灘有很多垃圾。現在的海貝灣酒店不是跟以前一樣漂亮。很可惜。

衞生很乾凈，景色也很漂亮，就是太早不能游泳了，泳池因為水質問題也沒有開放…水上所有項目自費哈，喜歡的話可以提前報名

除了海景以外，這個酒店真的沒啥可取之處，衞生環境一般，犄角旮旯的地方都是臟的，設施老化，桌子看得出來用了很久沒換，劃痕都很明顯，電視都開不了，就是擺設，房間電話都沒有，除了去前台沒其他方式。最難綳的是床太太太硬了，睡得我腰痠背痛，服務態度也一般，多要兩瓶水都不行，而且送水也過了好一會。勸各位加點錢訂一下別的海景房吧。

2007年開業的酒店比較舊,需要翻新一下.房間空調非常凍,當戸外35度,回到房間開空調很快便將房間凍起來。
