叫佐幾次客房服務都很及時處理，2059-2069呢一排客房去泳池很方便。自助早餐每日種類唔太一樣但都多選擇，去附近商場有接駁巴士，但係要等20分鐘一班，外賣可以送到大堂自己落去攞，下次都會再黎

觀瀾湖酒店的整體環境不錯，設施原本非常豐富，可惜我們入住期間遇上下雨，戶外和部分主要設施大多臨時關閉。酒店在這種情況下沒有提供任何補償或替代活動，令入住體驗大打折扣。建議酒店日後可以針對天氣因素有完善的應對措施，例如給予客人補償或安排室內活動，讓客人即使遇到天氣不佳也能享受假期
