自上次説裝修比較老舊後，這次有幸體驗已經裝修後的至尊房，房屋大很多，裝潢比較新，整體感覺舒服多了！ 唯兩點如果可以再改善一下就好了

This hotel is incredibly convenient, just a five-minute walk from Guomao Subway Station. The room was spacious and well-designed, and the bathroom was immaculately clean, with both a functional shower and bathtub. Breakfast was a buffet of Chinese and Western dishes, with a wide variety and excellent nutritional balance. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and polite, and she was both enthusiastic and patient. Many of my questions were answered promptly, a huge thumbs-up!

The hotel boasts an elegant and splendid ambiance, with a stunning lobby. Our room on the 15th floor was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding and a restful night's sleep. The bathroom amenities were high-end, and the in-room coffee pod machine was much better than drip coffee—a must-have for those working long hours. The service was excellent, from the front desk to the room service, and every detail was attentive and thoughtful. I especially commend the duty manager, who provided a smile throughout, responded efficiently to requests, and enthusiastically recommended authentic local cuisine. His professionalism and warm service were both exceptional. Cleanliness was impeccable, with the room, bedding, and bathrooms all spotlessly clean, ensuring a worry-free stay. The pool was also very nice, and not crowded in the mornings! The overall experience far exceeded expectations, and the value for money was exceptional.
