I really recommend this hotel, and thank Xiaoling for her enthusiastic service. This is my second time staying here. It is very convenient to watch a concert. Not only is there a shuttle bus to take you to the ticket gate, but it can also take you to the inner field. It is really a super VIP service. There is also a shuttle bus on the return trip, and you can return on the route with traffic control, which is also super fast. This is a highly recommended hotel for watching concerts in Shenzhen, no doubt

I can't imagine that there are more than 10 mosquitoes in a star hotel room. The experience was very bad. I fought with several mosquitoes all night, and the water in the shower room splashed everywhere.

The hotel is a ten-minute drive from the Universiade Center and only half an hour from Pingshan High-speed Railway Station. The transportation is convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, and there are different pillow menus to choose from. The view facing the park is beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Xiao Liang, Xiao Xu, and Xiao Zhou at the front desk were warm and thoughtful. We arrived late and took the initiative to delay our check-out time. We had morning tea in the Chinese restaurant for breakfast. The set meal was very cost-effective. After morning tea, we took a walk in the park opposite. The air was fresh and the sun was bright. I will stay here again next time I come to Longgang.

It takes about 12 minutes to get to the hotel from the Huilongpu subway, and it is easy to find. Since it is approaching the New Year, many restaurants nearby are closed. The room is hygienic and very quiet. The park looks out the window. The calm lake is beautiful and it is a check-in location. Unfortunately, the large window is not cleaned. I took pictures by the small window next to it. It is said that it will take 3 months to clean. Fortunately, it was 7 o'clock in the morning. Xu was so excited when she saw the sunrise. She likes to have a big desk where she can work quietly.

Clean and first-class service attitude. I went to Shenzhen to watch Huahua's concert and saw that there was a special car to pick up and drop off the hotel. It's a great experience to order takeout and have it delivered to your room by a robot. There's coffee available underground, which is great for a coffee lover like me.

The hotel has robots, and you don't have to say hello to the front desk, they will send the robots up immediately, which is a good point. The parking lot is also very convenient. There is also a coffee + bagel shop on the first floor which is quite good. It is a bit old, but most hotels in Longgang are of this style. Overall it is quite good.
