一家六口到上址酒店玩左3日2夜！首先想講地點確實好方便一出地鐵站行幾步就到！本應我地一家只係book左1晚酒店！當玩完1日泳池既設施同人造沙灘幾個小朋友都玩到樂而忘返玩到唔想走，所以先至會唸住多晚！酒店全部員工都好專業同好幫到手！其間雖然發生左一段小插曲但酒店員工既應對方法都做得好好！酒店望落去有少少舊地不過房間同其他設施都算keep到水準特別係泳池，人造沙灘以及健身室！早餐都好有水準好多野食，房間都好大，浴缸更加超級大幾個小朋友一齊浸浴都冇問題！下次一定會再黎住！

We had a memorable stay, staffs are very friendly and approachable, they are very polite and attentive. BOSE was not working when we enter the room but technician came right away and fixed it. Kids pillows and toothbrushes are provided to make sure the kids are well taken care of. Guest Service Manager Dafne provided excellent service, she welcomed us and introduced herself once we checked in and attended on our requests all the time.

Bingbing from Guest Relations was warm and attentive, check-in was efficient and quick, and she even thoughtfully upgraded my room. I've stayed here many times. Every time I come to Shenzhen, I come here. My kids love playing here. The beach, pool, and train are all great for kids, and the breakfast is very varied.
