酒店正門口的品牌的logo不是很明顯，衹看得到皇冠字樣，好日子不是很明顯。給我留下最深刻印象的是無處不在的貼心服務，從抵達時候禮賓幫我們提行李，前台的辦理入住的效率很快。早餐的品種豐富多樣，員工熱情的找招呼，詢問我們的用餐體驗。房間的設施設備齊全，帶着孩子入住，每個環節都讓人感到賓至如歸。雖然酒店有些年份，但是設施設備維護特別的好。這次的出行入住是非常滿意的入住，這樣的服務品質絕對值得五星好評。Lydia、Jane、Scott這三個員工非常的優秀。

酒店鄰近CoCo park 非常方便，而且最開心是酒店為我們升級了房間，洗手間非常大，小朋友最喜歡有浴缸玩水，酒店房間的冷氣亦十分舒服，另外酒店設有兒童角，有好大個波波池，玩得很高興！酒店所有職員都非常友善，之後來深圳都會再住這所酒店！！
