前台之服務員質素很參差，當日晚上約6點左右到達前台時，本人出示了回鄉証及手機之訂單給前台一個較為高些之女服務員，讓她為本人及家人安排入住房間，但她對住電腦查閱約10分鐘，表示沒有本人之預訂資料，並對本人表示說你們有沒有預訂的，本人正在無奈時，剛有一位比較年青及細粒一些之女服務員出現前台，她看到情況時，便即時查看電腦，即刻表示有本人預訂之資料，並即時安排入住房間！這個細粒的女服務員真值得一讚，另外，當時在前台也有一位年青之男服務員，但他一直都沒有任何支援，這兩位服務員真令人氣結！
另外，在第二天，本人與家人約10點半出外吃早餐，並於11點半回酒店準備離開及退房，但房間竟俾鎖了，而本人之家人行動是不方便，唯有一齊落樓去前台查詢，當時之女服務員表示系統有問題，但本人看見其他的房間是沒有問題的，這令本人真很不愉快☹️！
