一個特別感人的細節是我們在離店的時候，一位不願意透露名字的前台的小妹妹。給我們很多的幫助，我們在離店的時候把一些物品留在了酒店。他自己説剛好是要到我這邊來逛一逛，然後把我遺留的東西帶回來。其實她可以不這麼做的，因為我們已經試圖聯繫過幾個快遞公司都不接受快遞充電寶的業務。但是我們前台的小妹妹還是把充電寶送到了地鐵站。很温柔，很禮貌。全5分超級點贊。

這房間簡直是差到了極點，想着舊一點沒事，裏面設施新一點，乾淨一點也就算了，結果馬桶沖水下不去，房間裏好多蚊子。最重要的玩了一天回去洗澡，水龍頭花灑衹有熱水，工作人員調試了很久，最後水不能關，一關就衹有熱水，孩子沒穿衣法在等工作人員修理有10分鐘，最後沒辦法就穿上衣服，等修好。真的想直接退房回家，結果人家説，不能退房，態度強硬。哎，再也不會去第二次了。太差了。
吃飯還要付10%的服務費。就這養的環境還收服務費。
你説環境好，漂亮一些，吃飯也就無所謂，這麼差的環境還要收服務費。見鬼了。
