The room is OK, after all, it is old-fashioned style.
It's just that there is a restaurant downstairs, so it's noisy for late-night snacks on weekends, and there is a subway under construction nearby, so the machines are working at night and in the morning.
There are many restaurants around, and it takes about a kilometer to walk to the subway station.
As for hygiene, the bed is clean.
