房間很舊，衞生比較差，關鍵是熱水經常斷掉，洗澡三分鐘必斷熱水。

房間選擇很多，房間很滿意，很乾凈，態度還特別好。晚上來得晚，一直都保持聯繫。房間洗漱用品應有盡有，被罩都換過。

這次到深圳旅遊特意挑選了離園貿近的民宿，因為這裏很方便。住宿的大樓所在地兩邊分別是萬象城和金光華以及國貿，這是無論是出行、購物、逛街、吃飯以及到口岸都便利。
民宿本身在公寓裏，進出門有門衞很安全。房間內設施完備，且房間寬敞、乾淨、衞生。房動主動、熱情、有求必應。

숙소는 오래된시설이고 넓은 편이긴한데 복도 소음이다들립니다. 중국어가 안되는 사람은 숙박하기가 어렵습니다. 통화를 해서 방을 배정받고 올라가야하고 일반 경비가 문을 열어주고닫는 형식이라 일반 호텔 생각하고 가기에는 난이도가 있습니다. 시설이 오래되서 요리나 세탁은 할수있을것같은데 오래되고 약간은 지저분한 편입니다. 다음갈거라면 일반호텔로 갈생각입니다.
