The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. She took the initiative to escort me to the elevator after I checked in. It was so heartwarming! The room facilities are well maintained, as if they were just renovated. The Lanvin toiletries set feels very textured, and the mattress is just the right hardness to sleep on until you wake up naturally.
The whole hotel is a popular check-in spot! The light and shadow corridor is high-end, and the 180-degree wide-angle view of the reservoir - the sunset at Donghu Lake is breathtaking! The lake view gym on the 22nd floor is the real Versailles. Running facing the entire reservoir is so healing~

No doubt about the loaction are excellent, situated next to a massive shopping mall. The Hotel can not say its bad, but i do feel a bit cosy and very business hotel. The in-room facilities was a bit out-dated in my opinion. Apart from that, the Hotel was really good overall. A bit pricy in my view.
