We stayed for 3 nights. We loved the pool, the jacuzzi, the rooftop, the fresh free water and the location which was central but not in a loud neighbourhood. They also did a daily cleanup which was nice. The only thing we would say was not good: the hotel in general is a bit "old" and the room smell like mold.

I already provided review for location, welcome drink, tea or coffee or water refilling at reception. They can improve further to add toothbrush etc amenities.

Such an amazing hotel for the price in a great location & I wasn’t expecting two pools & 3 jacuzzis 😍 you can also get free water refills at the reception which is great. It’s also right across from a police station so you feel really safe. And Walmart is a 3 minute walk. And the strip of restaurants & clubs along with the beach is only 5 minutes away!

The location is convenient, close to Avenuda 5. Staff was very friendly. The room was dark a little bit.

The hotel service is super bad!

Nice little hotel, 3 blocks to the fifth Ave. a quiet area, nice restaurants near the downtown, good breakfast, the only cons here was the air conditioning doesn’t work, but the person on charge provided a new upgrade room. The hotel have potential but needs an exterior updated. The picture is a vegan pizza just next door! Amazing.

Great small hotel close to ADO alterna bus station. Breakfast included. Staff very helpful nice pool. Close to 5th ave.

All good. Nice hotel with good price value. Small disadvantage: noise from other rooms can be easily heard

Hotel is in prime and walkable distance to Cozumel ferry. Room walls are very thin that you can hear someone walking outside other than that it’s good experience. Breakfast is tied up with hotel next door. It’s limited menu not buffet. They’ll prepare your food “only” when you’re there if you’re in rush plan accordingly.

Awesome hotel and super friendly staff :)

Opposite the police station, the sign is not obvious, between 2 restaurants. Check-in time is 3pm, and you can help store your luggage first. The guys are very nice, very close to Fifth Street, Walmart, and ADO station. There are 2 swimming pools, a bit small, but the water is very blue. The atrium is full of plants and equipped with lounge chairs, where you can drink, chat and sunbathe. It’s so relaxing. The room has a small balcony, which is very comfortable. The bed is very high, has a European palace style feel, and is very comfortable to sleep on. There is a bathtub and a small window facing the bed, so romantic. The shower faucet is a bit bad, the direction cannot be controlled and water splashes outside. There is no elevator, so big luggage will be a bit tiring

THE ROOM IS VERY SMALL AND THE ACCOMMODATION DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE PHOTOS THEY PUBLISH. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN I SEE THE FACILITIES AND THE CONDITION THEY ARE IN.
