交通很方便，樓下就是地鐵站，就在市中心，去香港走福田口岸很快就到。但是，房間位於整座樓樓頂，通風不好，所住房間腳臭味非常明顯。

公用空間很大，工作人員服務態度很好。地點也很方便，價錢也便宜。衞生情況不算好，特別是在房間裏，整體感覺不太好。不會再回來！

整體而言，性價比不錯的，交通便捷，雖然是床位但有獨立的置物櫃，刷房卡進出，男女隔離。出門左轉就是崗廈，右轉是崗廈北。
地鐵1號線幾站就能到華強北，東門老街（不推薦），如果要加急過關，離福田出入境辦事窗口和自助簽注機都很近，PS異地户口在深圳首次簽注要去人工啊！
房間裏設施不算新，但很齊全。有洗衣機吹風穿衣鏡，公區還有微波爐冰箱飲水機。
最喜歡👍🏻露天陽台，熱水器很熱。曬曬衣服看看風景很OK
管家不是24小時在線，但迴應很及時！熱心室友也會幫你指引，到點關燈等等，也許大家習慣了這個公共空間進進出出，所以完全不要焦慮！
