臨時決定去玫瑰海岸，攜程推送的排名第一的酒店，整體環境，雖然還算滿意，但是服務員的態度簡直了，check in的時候就很草率也就算了，前一天溝通好的延遲退房一小時，第二天就反悔了，我説溝通記錄是有錄音的，服務員和我説那你發錄音啊。和這樣的人衹能是節省溝通成本，果斷聯繫攜程客服解決，解決的很高效。希望酒店要提升服務態度，珍惜好評。
