房間設施差我能理解，但是床單枕頭套都不換我是真的接受不了，枕頭床單裏面找到了不下18根頭髮！

垃圾中的垃圾，網上訂的房間，上去看到想死的心都有，空調壞的，馬桶爛的，牆上到處掉灰塵，房間一股很難聞的味道，被子裏面都發黑了，在房間裏呆了不到十分鐘就受不了，果斷打電話給客服要求退房，黑心老闆死活不肯退，説在前台刷了身份證就退不了。大家千萬別去這黑店。外面30塊的房都比他的好多了。千萬千萬別去。

七八十年代招待所設施，沒電梯，便宜客房會安排在六樓及以上，飯點房間會飄進大量刺鼻油煙，詳情頁標明有空調，到店回覆我説不知道，我堅持説訂的房間標註有空調，就故意給個開不了的遙控器，要求換個遙控器會藉口説空調衹能製冷。床上用品臭，不可能一客一洗一換，我帶了睡袋仍然會皮膚癢起疙瘩，可見有多臟
