Best apartment in Shenzhen. Front desk people are nice. Help to stay more than 2 hours . All the amenities as written.

It is basically a studio apartment with kitchen, washing machine. It’s spacious. Super convenient with both a nearby metro station and shopping.

When I went to register no one assisted in registration, fortunately there was an uncle responsible for cleaning the room suggested, after entering the room drinking water glass a lot of dust, table a lot of dust, kitchen kettle a lot of dust, open the refrigerator is smelly, the whole feeling like six months no one lived so, quilt smell, dirty to do not have to pay, will not go to live 🤬🤬🤬🤬

After arriving at the apartment, the boss said there was no room and asked us to stay at another branch three kilometers away. Although the fare was reimbursed, it delayed our time and affected our mood. After arriving at another apartment, the air conditioner blades there were broken, and my head was buzzing when I slept. Secondly, the environment of this store was also unsatisfactory. The washing machine was too old to be used, and I felt that it was not worth the nearly 400 yuan room fee. I suggest that if there are not that many rooms, don’t put it up for sale. If you wait until you tell you that there are no rooms, it would be better to call and inform them on the way, which will greatly affect the experience. (One positive comment: The next door was being renovated, and the boss went to communicate, so there was no more noise)

There is no brand name for the hotel. I searched for half an hour and finally found it after contacting customer service. It was really hard to find! The pillowcase in the room was dirty and the bathroom door squeaked loudly! The facilities are also very average and not worth the more than 300 yuan.

The room is quite neat and clean, the air conditioning is cold enough, there is a balcony to dry clothes, the location is convenient, close to a large shopping mall and subway station, there are many restaurants downstairs, and the necessities provided are sufficient

衞生：衞生搞的很乾凈 環境：環境很好，是公寓式酒店，地鐵就在附近兩百米左右 服務：服務很好，老闆很熱情也很有耐心，因為定的是可投屏電視的房間，第一間房因為電視問題給我們換了房間，第二間因為電視不能投屏第二天就給我們換了一台電視，就是太麻煩老闆了，給老闆五星好評👍

11月1號等小朋友學完活動再吃飯過去，已10點左右到公寓，因太攰初初入去只係廳坐一下，沒留意太多。 直到休息完便開始四圍參觀，廳的櫃子都是不知幾多手的垃圾了，有2個櫃桶也是一樣的垃圾，然後房間冷氣機線是大量灰塵。因2個小朋友沖涼先，習慣性他們用即棄，所以自己帶了，沒為意毛巾問題，直到我沖涼時，看到毛巾.....真的有點不知說什麼好，那一刻我很想逃離這裡，為什麼地布都不如的毛巾可以給客人用的........然而跟trip說可不可以立即退錢走人，可是公寓不肯，為有睡一晚，第二天一早便離開去新酒店了。 第二天跟房東說走，沒想到一開門清潔工人已在門外等待，看到是男人，那我便明白為什麼清潔如此。 為一說句好話，地方係方便近商場。 價格便宜不是沒道理。 第2天我便去了600元的2房1廳了，差200元差天共地呀.......

酒店非常乾淨整潔，位置也特別好找，離地鐵站特別近 工作人員也非常的熱心 出去玩的必要選擇 點贊

房間很臟，還有多個蟲在地上爬，電水壺裡也有蟲趴在裏面，衞生紙也沒有，水也不熱，不推薦入住

很舒服 低點位置很方便

説實話這次真的特別好，房間很大什麼都有而且讓人感覺賓至如歸，下次還訂這裏

環境安靜，房間有洗衣機，熱水器，冰箱廚房，價格實惠，適合短租和中長期出差居住。 下次出差還回來住。

位置很好，樓下地鐵站，樓下小店很多，公寓設施全，住得很方便！
