條件還是挺好的，環境衞生挺好的，服務也可以。房間設施出了點問題，兩個晚上都是，凌晨3點突然房間燈都亮了，窗簾也自動打開了，驚醒了！嚴重影響睡眠！

前台接待非常專業，見了兩次溝通幾句話，第二天依然記得我的姓，整體很符合酒店的定位，靈活變通，懂得怎麼解決問題。
唯一的小問題可能是因為酒店在接待全運會，保安有點過分，接客的車，客人沒下樓催着讓車走，這應該跟酒店關係不大，但是需要改進協調

6，酒店不能提供給客人比較舒適的枕頭，除了軟枕沒有
任何可選擇的硬芯枕頭
7，沒有服務人員提醒早餐就餐地點（二樓三樓也有餐
廳，實際上吃飯是在頂樓）

Amazing new hotel. Beautiful large, well equipped rooms and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Can’t wait to come back when the restaurant is complete and opened.
