大致算上，近地鐵站（ 蓮塘站 ），方便，附近食野地方多，又近大商場 （ 歲寶 ），前台員工 非常友善 肯為旅客解決問題 沒有不耐煩 笑容滿面 俾我覺得十分稱心。但房間管理員參差，有好，但有個非常唔得，明明唔夠冷氣，佢居然只不停講 冇野 冇野 好正常 ， 從來冇客人投訴，我都冇話可說， 只好找回前台幫忙。總括 正價比高，前台職員 好好 。

瑞頤公寓我已經住了三次，每次到蓮塘一定必住，無論地點、衛生、設施、前台的服務都很好！但今次很遺憾，看到杯子有點嘔心，希望房務員下次要注意吧！

位置沒的説，非常好，周邊美食很多，各種各樣的地方小食，交通方便，近蓮塘口岸一公里左右，環境舒適，非常滿意，值得推薦

酒店位置距離蓮塘站有一段距離，D出口行約7分鐘。附近有很多食肆，按摩店也很多。酒店是公寓式，衛生可以，冷氣夠力，花灑力度可接受，坐廁板是暖的，自動沖水。唯獨廁所發現有一隻小強，扣左少少分。
