3點3左右到酒店check-in,沒有房間提供。
後來酒店upgrade 我們到3樓一間一居室，但浴缸不去水，所以通知前台並要求換**身訂的房型，但到4點還是沒法提供。只好寄存行李，出去逛不能休息。洒店
賣房/check-out運作不好，要其他客人承擔。
第二天吃早餐，正常告訴了房號和提供房卡登記，但吃完返房時，被叫回問房號，回答後又問有沒有刷卡，職員回答是人多不記得我們。職員不禮貌也不專業。
我們感覺很不好，被當是想吃霸王早餐（我的訂房含早餐）
之後游泳完要回房，但房卡已失效又要重新到前台更新。訂了3日兩夜，但由入住已狀況不斷。
最不思議是前台一個女仕（自稱operation manager),知我有意投訴或差評，而不肯提供名字，連姓氏也不可以，理由是保障自己，怕我拿她名字或姓氏做什麼事。但其他前台職員都有掛名牌。這是5星飯店職員的質數嗎？佢態度只會令人對酒店服務更不滿。
1仟元1晚，房間冷氣不夠，設施已舊最重要某些職員態度不好。不會有下次了。

房間一流，十分舒適，最欣賞有洗衣乾衣機，還有雪櫃有冰格，可以雪糕🍦！超贊！已經入住多次真係超推薦！
早餐豐富新鮮，餐廳環境優美，服務態度好好。

All above are ok but how they treated after check inn that was very bad after check in they found a problem in smoke didector a person came and checked all ok. I stayed for 2 nights after checking I turn do not disturb sign and still they disturbed me 4-5 times evenly in late night because of a **** smoker naibour complaint that smoke is coming from my room i told to come in my room and check they checked and found all ok i told them strictly from now please don't disturb me again but same thing happened next day also very bad
