房間非常好，高空城市景觀，睡眠很安靜，系統很智能，酒店早餐很好吃，前台服務很好，交通方便，地鐵南油直達，就在來福士旁邊，離蛇口港很近，下次來深圳還會選擇住在這裏！

1. Check in 那天在房間附近有個大叔大模大樣的在吸煙，雙腳還擱在長櫈上，弄到從電梯到我房間都充斥煙味，酒店的管理很差，沒有人理會，我在房間整天都覺得有煙味，非常接受不了，後悔沒有把他吸煙時的樣子用手機拍下來。
2. 酒店有汽水送給客人，我開雪櫃的時候，汽水一點也不冰凍，雪櫃的燈也沒有亮，我很怕check out時酒店會說我弄壞雪櫃，要我賠錢，於是我上下檢查，又蹲低拉雪櫃出來看一下，原來他們沒有把雪櫃插頭插上，是酒店環保要 hotel guest 每次都要自己插雪櫃插頭嗎？如果是的話，酒店應該在我check in 時通知hotel guest 要自己插雪櫃插頭，這是我住酒店第一次遇到這情況，真是荒謬！
3. 酒店的早餐也很差，我訂酒店的時候看見價錢是100多元，但一點也不值這個價錢，可以選擇的種類非常少，粥是微溫，一點也不熱，油條是隔夜的，一點也不新鮮，我第一次吃酒店的早餐吃到一肚子氣，我不會recommend 給任何人在這酒店住的.
4. 他們宣傳說是Hyatt 酒店旗下次一級的酒店所以我才訂Ur Cove,誰知真教人失望。
