這次入住本有個很暖心的開頭，必須先給第一天的客服小姐姐點個贊！我們到得特別晚，小姐姐一直等着我們，還貼心擔心我們開車找不到位置，光憑這份責任心，原本是想給個滿分好評的。
但後續的體驗實在讓人有些無奈。續住完到下午就收到了要好評的消息，我想着等住完一起評價，便沒立刻回覆。結果第二天早上8點，就被詢問是否繼續續住；到了12點退房時間剛過，打掃阿姨就守在門口催促，説要打掃房間，讓我們不得不匆忙收拾；更讓人哭笑不得的是，下午又收到了催好評的訊息。
全程被“催續住、催打掃、催好評”圍着轉，完全打亂了原本放鬆的入住節奏，感覺更像是在被“推着走”，少了住家的舒適感。希望公寓能平衡好服務節奏，別讓過度的“催促”，辜負了開頭那份用心的服務呀。
