位置離地铁站稍遠，有点不便。因並非酒店，設施欠奉。惟有洗衣設備，適合家庭或多於一晚停留人仕。房間偏小，看不出有30多平方的大小。熱水供应缓慢，燒水需要等待，但使用是没有问題。雖不期待有影視節目，但連基本电視節目也需付费，有点説不過去。設備傢俱俱新，惟洗手間门不能关上，使用不便。洗手间与浴室做到乾濕分離。總括而言，有点不足，惟非重大缺失，仍可接受。
