Замечательный отель. Было реально чисто, без каких-либо насекомых (чего я очень боялась), свежие полотенца, постельное. Номер не вонял сигаретами, что так же важно для некурящих посетителей. Без проблем заселили и выселили иностранцев. Было удобно добраться до вокзала, всего одна станция метро, да и в целом на метро легко было везде добраться. Рядом есть заведения с вкусной едой.

Well located by the train station and metro.
The surrounding area is a little run down, but there are great food options nearby.
Room cleanliness was ok. Some old marks and light staining in areas. Otherwise it was a decent size for a solo traveller.
Overall, I liked my stay here.

It was just ok ok. Check In, take the keys. Get in. Get out and repeat. Quite professional. But we were given space to keep bags after checking out until we return to take our bags. Thanks for that.

1. The hotel is a little far away from Shenzhen North Railway Station. Searching on Baidu map is also a little far away. It can only be reached by walking around the community!
2. The environment seems okay, but the parking lot next to it is full of people and noisy people. It is very noisy until early in the evening, until 01:30, but at 2 or 3 in the morning, there is another group of people. Ding Fei is such a bad study environment.

Very clean and comfy room, 10mn walk from metro, 20mn walk from Shenzhen north station
Only inconvenience, the noise as the window is very thin. Be sure to bring earplug.

Beautiful new room. Would be perfect but windows are single layer and do not seal well so you can hear all noise from the street.
shower window cannot be closed+shower has no door to bathroom +bathroom has no door to bedroom = any attempt to cool/warm the room is a waste of energy and $$ because the air goes outside.
Just replace windows and it's perfect hotel
