Hotel booking comes with free breakfast, gift pack and is a fresh difference from typical hotels. The room comes with a handy washing machine too! Useful for "local living" and merging into the community. Also a cool / quaint coffee shop downstairs that's run by the hotel (also acts as the reception)

the bathtub is excellent, yet the room permeated with moldiness, choices of breakfast can be more diversified

The building is new. Looks modern and new. Pros: new and no bad smell Cons: wall are thin, elevator not deliver you to the exact floor. Got to walk 0.5 floor to reach hotel room. There was also an incident happened during check-in, the staff tried to put me in a cheaper room. Luckily, I remember I booked a room comes with washing machine (even I’m not using it). Make sure you get the room you booked! Be smart in China!

Good hygiene

I arrived at the hotel around 5:30 yesterday, and the front desk clerk said that the room had not been cleaned yet and it would take half an hour to be completed. As a result, I had to have an early dinner at the nearby Raffles Square. I was notified that the room was ready until 6:30 when I was dining. My check-out time was also extended from the normal 2pm to 4pm. However, there was a small incident this afternoon. It seems that the front desk clerk did not inform the colleagues on duty today of the relevant arrangements, so the housekeeper knocked on the door at 2pm today to inquire. The hotel needs to improve in room cleaning scheduling and customer service management, and will be deducted 0.5 points. There are too few types of breakfast. I have visited other cheaper hotels in the past and they have more food. I am a little disappointed and deduct 0.5 points. The room facilities and hygiene are generally satisfactory. I was pleasantly surprised that the canned drinks in the minibar were free. Comprehensive overall score: 4 points (5 points is the full score)

The hotel environment is warm and suitable for taking photos and checking in #=The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. She is very enthusiastic and considerate to help with luggage. The room is very good and satisfying, the bed is very comfortable, come and see the hotel where the West District couple lives 🏨, 20 minutes by bike from the theater, very close, quite satisfactory, the breakfast is also OK, but the dishes are a bit monotonous, there are only a few dishes, the Mexican wraps in the nearby dim sum restaurant are delicious, but overall very satisfied 😊

The front desk lady had a good service attitude and upgraded the room. There is only one elevator, which was installed later and stops between two floors requiring you to walk up a few stairs. Actually, the overall body is good. But the TV is not placed at the end of the bed, which is a waste as I can’t watch it in bed. The worst thing is the zero sound insulation. It should be due to problems with the window installation. If it is not installed properly, even when the window is closed, there are still sounds of wind, airplanes, the 24-hour broadcast of the supermarket downstairs, and the sound of cars. I could even hear the coughing from the neighbor. I couldn't sleep well even though I didn't think it was a problem before. I told him I wouldn't book this room next time, especially since I was staying on the 8th floor. The sound insulation really needs to be improved. Windows in the room and toilet.

The small decoration downstairs of the hotel is beautiful and suitable for checking in. Although the hotel is not near the subway station, it is about ten minutes away and acceptable. Other aspects are similar to those of ordinary hotels, with good value for money.
