It is awesome and nice to stay In. Worth giving it a try and enjoy the room stay.

I have to say that I was very disappointed with my stay at the ‘five-star’ Royal Halong. We stayed at the ‘deluxe’ villas. Let’s first talk about the state of the property. It isn’t good. There was mould on some of the walls. The buildings looked degraded like they hadn’t been cared for for many years. Definitely far away from their peak. The staff were lacking. Computer says no was the mentality of most. English is also very limited. Though some, like the cleaners, we’re friendlier. Little things like being told we weren’t allowed clean towels. Even exchanging our old ones. Guests are only allowed one each per day. This is a ‘five-star’ hotel remember. I’ve had clean towels given with pleasure at two star hotels. Though the worst thing was that the advert is basically a lie. Those staying in the villas don’t have access to most of the facilities. We couldn’t use the spa, indoor pool, gym etc etc. This wasn’t stated at all until we checked in. We were very disappointed by this. There were however some good things. The breakfast buffet was decent. The location is quite good. The grounds are nice. The outdoor pool is quite big and suitable for swimming (if not quite as clean as we would have liked). Definitely the worst hotel of our stay in Vietnam. You could do worse, but you could do a lot better.

This is an old hotel; but the rooms and facilities are well maintained; it is easy to communicate with Chinese service staff, and the breakfast is okay; you can eat for free in the casino before, but now you have to pay This is a bit exaggerated. The first stop in Vietnam, very good. First of all, the front desk guy (Xin) communicates smoothly in Chinese, and he is very nice and enthusiastic! Third, the internal facilities of the hotel are reasonably set up, and the supporting facilities have Chinese prompts! The room layout is comfortable! I will consider Royal Halong Hotel next time!

The location is quite far from sunworld, quite far from the sea. If walking, it takes about 20-30 minutes. The service is quite friendly and enthusiastic, but the reception at check-in did not clearly state that drinking filtered water in the refrigerator is a waste of money, but in general, "free filtered water" makes guests misunderstand. But mineral water is 3 times more expensive than other ksan and 10 times more expensive at the grocery store. Cleaning, the table surface is still a bit dusty. The bathroom drain is clogged. The TV is not connected to the internet and the view is not good

The service is very good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, and the CP value of living in a villa is high. It is not far from the night market and theme park, and it is within walking distance. The only disadvantage is that there is no dressing table.

The breakfast is rich and the dishes are delicious.

I came on a business trip, and it was so nice that it was a quiet villa rather than a complicated hotel. If you book Royal Halong next time, I would definitely recommend the villa. However, it was a little disappointing that I couldn't see out the window because it was on the first floor, and I couldn't easily open the window. But everything else is satisfactory.

The room is quite big and the breakfast is rich and varied. I am very satisfied. The service staff has a good attitude and can answer all inquiries patiently. Someone can speak Chinese.

This hotel is pretty good, good quality and reasonably priced. Neat and clean, service staff are polite. Takeaways are all delivered by robots. Security is also quite strong. You need to swipe your card to go up the elevator.
