前台兩個女生服務態度都很好，會主動幫忙拿行李
房間有很重的煙味！！！吸了一整晚的二手煙頭暈腦脹
衞生間到了晚上反味非常臭！排氣扇是擺設，關上門味道也會散到房間裏！
非常非常吵，幾乎沒有隔音
門縫很大完全關不緊，隔壁房間和門口走廊的聲音全都聽得到！超級吵！！！

入住體驗很好的！這家酒店很不錯，這次因工作出差訂了一個雙床，價格還可以，酒店位置也是不錯的。步行5分鐘就能到地鐵口，去商圈和辦事地點都超方便，周邊還有24小時便利店和早餐鋪還有商場，距離過港很近，不用早起趕車，也能吃到熱乎的本地早餐，對差旅很友好。服務也是挺好的。

這次住這家酒店真的超出預期！從進門開始就很舒服，前台小姐姐辦理入住又快又熱情，還貼心提醒了周邊的小吃街。房間特別乾淨，床品軟乎乎的，晚上睡得超沉，完全沒被外面的聲音打擾。退房的時候還問了我們住得怎麼樣，有沒有需要改進的地方，感覺特別用心。下次來這邊還選這家，推薦給計劃來玩的朋友～

這次入住，真的可以打滿分，辦理入住的過程迅速又高效，房間乾淨得一塵不染，佈置得温馨又舒適，床品軟乎乎的，睡上去超舒服，一夜好眠。衞生間的設施也很新，還準備了品質不錯的洗浴用品。房間裏的智能設備用起來超方便，小度就能控制燈光和窗簾，體驗感直接拉滿！
