Not suitable for a long stay or for families. The images shown for the room are nowhere near the actual condition, so do not be fooled by it.
The fridge was broken.
The kitchen stove was rusted and in bad condition (potentially dangerous to use)
Water kettle in bad condition.
Water got clogged on the bathroom drain after shower.
We booked "Comfy Family Room" 温馨家庭房（可住4 人+ 冰箱+ 洗衣機 +廚房). It mentioned 2 Queen Beds, but only had one queen bed and another makeshift bed with insufficient cushion.
The location is good. However everything else is deficient, so definitely wouldn't recommend it. Especially not suitable for families with children.

Every time I come to Shenzhen for business, I choose Xinjia Apartment. The landlord is always so enthusiastic. If you need help during your stay, you can find the landlord and he will help you quickly. The room is very clean and bright! Worth recommending!

The price is affordable. Kaisa is relatively old now, but the location is excellent. There is a subway entrance downstairs, which is convenient for going directly to the North Station. If you want to travel conveniently, I think it is not bad and you can choose
