This is my second time staying at this store. The main reason is that the location is excellent. It is just across the road from the subway station and there is a shopping mall downstairs. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave, everything you need. I will stay again next time.

Accommodation for a business trip. The room is not big. I was returning to Nantian when I went there. It was very humid, even the quilt was wet. There is no heating in the room, only dehumidification and air conditioning. If you are staying temporarily and don't care about the internal environment, you can consider it, but the price is a bit expensive. , the only advantage is that you are right outside the shopping mall, close to the subway station, and surrounded by delicious food

The location is very good, KKONE is downstairs, and there are many snacks, massages, etc. around. The room is very convenient to confirm and check in, and the room is also very clean. It is very close to the subway and convenient for travel. It is very close to Hong Kong🇭🇰, Window of the World, and Splendid China. The breakfast is very rich. The main recommendation is a bowl of noodles, which is delicious. The local specialty noodles🍜 There are many green plants nearby, which are easy to take pictures. The hotel is not difficult to find, very close to KK One, not as big as expected, about 30 square meters. Although the room was 36-38 square meters, the receptionist said that the actual area was about 32 square meters, which is a bit misleading, but it doesn't affect it. A cockroach ran out of the toilet, and I killed it myself. It may be an apartment, so there will be some... I just put up with it because I only stayed for one night. Overall, it was ok. I lived on the 40th floor and it was quite quiet.

This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.   I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me. The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work. On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.   I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.   If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks. So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

We came with our 20-month old toddler for a staycation during the long weekend. We upgraded to the club room and the service and amenities were worth it. Even though it rained on both days, there were plenty to do at the hotel. All three of us had a nice soak in the large bathtub in our room when it rained hard outside. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The hotel was very thoughtful to have even left a child-size slippers, children dental kits, and a toddler mattress in the room. When it wasn't raining, our boy really enjoyed himself at the beach, indoor pool (and hot tub), and the waterpark, and so did we. There was also a huge outdoor playground by Joy Kids that featured several activity hubs like climbs and slides, foam construction blocks, and a merry-go-round ride. The breakfast at Mercado had a great spread that included cold cuts and cheeses, great coffees, freshly squeeze juices, and delightful pastries. We had nice simple afternoon teas and a more lavish evening cocktails at the club, but you should arrive earlier in the evenings to enjoy the full spread. Ms Jennifer was attentive and helpful when we were there and also helped us with a pleasant check-out. We highly recommend this place for families with young children.

Everything was good. It was very easy to get around cuz metro and bus station was in front of the hotel. So the location was perfect. Cleaning lady was also very nice she cleaned rooms everyday. Service was good they helped me a lot.
