We were only there for two nights (stopover to head to Harbin)but the location was really centralised. You can easily walk to the city area and their hotel is not far from the train station.

Can highly recommend both hotel room, facilities and breakfast. My family and I will return thanks to the staff and their high customer orientation. Special thanks to Emily who helped us with various topics and found effective and efficient solutions.

Amazing view, excellent service, always nice to stay when visiting Shenyang. We were there with our baby and can recommend it to stay here. The bed was prepared that babies can‘t fall down. Gym and pool on the 86 floor is also amazing.

The Hilton hotel in Shenyang great. The service I received at the reception was alright, it would be helpful for the staff to put their best foot forward each time. However, the cleanliness, concierge service, food and amenities were wonderful. It’s a great place for accommodation!

The view from the room was pretty good, the service was attentive, the breakfast was rich and varied, and the famous Majia siomai in Shenyang also tasted pretty good. But the chopsticks in the restaurant are very bad. Many wooden thorns fall off as soon as I hold them in my hands, and one of them is deeply embedded in my finger. The food is even cold when I hold it, and it is very painful to get it out. In the end, I had no choice but to use sterilized scissors to cut open and pull out a piece of flesh. It hurt and made my head sweat. Families with children must be careful, be careful, be careful. There was a table of foreign guests next to me, who took a take-out box to pack salad and food, and also ordered an avocado to take away. Guests at another table also packed pastries in boxes for their children. On a business trip to Shenyang, I stayed at Longemont Hotel. The murals in the lobby are beautiful and grand. The room is large in size, the floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view, and the night view is also good. There is a gym and swimming pool which is very nice and free for hotel guests to use. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete, including shopping malls, supermarkets and cinemas. The subway entrance is just outside the door, and it is only one stop away from Zhongjie. Manager Pan at the front desk provides enthusiastic service, and Manager Tian on duty tries his best to meet the needs of customers from the customer's perspective. A very nice hotel, I will visit again if I have the chance.

It should have been a very good five-star hotel before. The decoration and style are very grand and luxurious. Now it is a bit old. It will be better if it is renovated a little! The bedding is good and the pillow is very soft. But the three-day room we booked during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday did not have air conditioning. It was very stuffy as soon as we entered the room. We were afraid of mosquitoes and noisy when we opened the window, which was not very comfortable. Fortunately, the temperature dropped in the middle of the night and it was ok. The shower head in the shower room is fixed, which is also very inconvenient. But the price of more than 300 is still ok. The location is very convenient. You can ride a bicycle to the Palace Museum, Zhongjie for more than ten minutes, or take a bus and subway. It is only three stops away. The subway entrance is downstairs. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants at the entrance, with everything.

Some of the sales staff in your hotel should improve their personal quality. They dare to cheat for a good review. Why do I say that? When I first checked in a few days ago, I was told that if I gave a good review, I could get free breakfast next time I stayed. I just needed to contact WeChat in advance. This time, I contacted WeChat in advance. The price of the double bed room with breakfast provided to me was more than 100 yuan more expensive than Ctrip.com. Why should I book it here with the sales staff? I asked if I could book a room without breakfast, and you would give me free breakfast? WeChat ignored me. Are you so sure that I will not stay at your hotel for the second time?

The room is clean and tidy, and the hotel front desk service is very enthusiastic. We checked in with our children on May 1, 2024, but the hotel did not have air conditioning and hot air at this time. The shady side was a bit chilly. After communicating with the front desk, the service staff sent an electric heater in 5 minutes, and the effect was also good. There are a lot of food, entertainment and shopping around. The breakfast is very rich. It is very close to Zhongjie and the transportation is very convenient! The bed in the deluxe king room is 2.4 meters, which is very spacious for a family of three. I basically played around the surrounding area in two days.
