I don’t know what I start with but it just amazing hotel good location helpful staff good food I think you will find everything you need in the hotel . You don’t need to go outside . I love to come back again and 1000 times . Thank you mr adel the general manager for everything you done to make this place look amazing and for your hard work .

I really think it's pretty good, with a high cost-performance ratio. The front desk was also very polite, especially when I checked out, a guy at the front desk smiled at me, which made me feel very comfortable. If I have the opportunity to come here, I will choose this hotel again.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The air conditioning was broken throughout the stay, and despite complaining several times, nothing was done to fix it. On the plus side, I got an early check-in – that was a nice surprise. I ordered a breakfast package, but it was not edible at all. I also got a slightly unpleasant impression of the kitchen staff at the buffet. When I asked for food, they gave me very little, and when I asked for more, I got an attitude and sloppy service. I felt like I was not welcome or that I was somehow a bother. The food was just edible anyway – not great, but if you are not picky, then maybe it will be okay. The service was basic overall, not particularly good but not bad either. Check-out was the weakest part of the experience. I had to wait a long time to check if I had brought anything. One small towel was missing – which I had not even received – and that resulted in additional adjustments and waiting. Finally, the staff said that everything was fine and I could leave.

Everything was good except breakfast. There are very nice rooms and bad rooms. They try to give the best rooms as possible.

There is no advantage except being cheap. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities were very old, the bed sheets were old, and the floor was dirty. It's totally not worth the price and it's not really a hotel.

The hotel is great value for money. The rooms are large and clean and have a balcony with a great view. There are many kinds of bread to choose from for breakfast. The hotel has a swimming pool. The reception staff in the lobby are very helpful.

Family, this is a rip off. If you booked the standard room, don't book the deluxe room. We booked the standard room at first, but there were no photos on Ctrip. Did you know? Then we looked at other photos and thought it was pretty good. But when we got in, it was completely different. It was very old and we couldn't deal with it at all. Then we paid an extra 30 dollars to upgrade to the deluxe room. The deluxe room was not bad, but the air conditioner was the fan type and it was not very good. The food was not bad. I suggest you buy the all-inclusive package. It's delicious. The kittens behind the hotel are very cute. The beach is also very beautiful, but you need to take a car. Rooms were nothing like we booked and asked to pay another 80 dollars to get better room .Then had to negotiate with the guy and paid extra 30 sterling pounds for each room. There was no WiFi. Dirty pool area with some mosquitos as water was dirty . Got bittern and still hurts. Dirty restaurant chairs that you don't want to sit on. Same menu everyday with tasteless food. The amount of money we paid to this hotel we could have had the 5 star hotel with cleaner rooms and better facilities. If someone offer me to stay in this hotel for less then half the price, I won't go back.
