Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort Reviews

While the resort itself was huge and grand, our expectations were not met, we expected more of a Club Med vibe, but instead found ourselves in a giant resort with nothing much to it. even though they advertise over seven restaurants and specialty cuisines, they only have one main restaurant that’s open to public while the others need to be pre-booked up to two days in advance however, every morning when we stayed there, everything was already full, which left us with no option but to eat at the main restaurant which had terrible food 2 to 3 items would be OK and the rest would be absolutely terrible and we spoke to other guests as well who had the same Opinion it’s not accessible for people with disabilities or anyone who has even minor health problems is a lot of walking and climbing stairs is required even with the shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes. Their “entertainment “was absolutely terrible at the outside theater and looked like a child could’ve done better. There was some live music however sometimes it was OK but most times, especially on the upper Terrace was just loud and obnoxious not necessarily due to the performer, but I think due to sound quality and the speakers they were using, and also just adjusting the volume level to the space given. Overall, I would not recommend to stay here again and would much prefer to go to a Club Med where I know I will get quality service and food and hospitality as even staff wise while most were good and nice and accommodating, there were others who barely understood basic English or looked unapproachable. Rooms were decent but both our rooms in separate buildings smelled of sewer if bathroom doors were not closed. Overall it’s not the worst but not a place I would stay again. Even beach wise there is no leisure beach to chill on and only a pier to jump into the deep sea to snorkel which you have to pay 5$ to rent a mask and snorkel for the day which in my opinion should have been free since it’s one of their selling points.

We went as a couple and stayed 3days and 4 nights in this hotel. Locationwise is pretty amazing. Inside of the hotel is huge and well organized. We only had breakfast included but I suggest you to have all inclusive cause the food and variety of cuisine is amazing. The staff is very hospitable and welcome you HOME. They are vey helpful and kind and smily all the time. Thank you Sunrise, We see you soon

The location of the resort is in a very windy part, it was really cold in the evening and during the day we could not swim in the sea. The New Year's Eve dinner was poorly organized and the food was not ordered, not even the tables and it was in a shed. The staff was very kind but the structure has potential that could be exploited better even during the aperitif time in the pool area because from 5 pm it was all dark and no one used the pool area structure. There was never room in the a la carte restaurants that should have been included

The environment is very beautiful. The room is good. The hotel entertainment facilities are also good. It's just that the restaurant can't be booked. I tried several times in two days and couldn't book it. I can only eat at the big restaurant buffet. I feel that the all-inclusive package is a bit of a loss. However, I only stayed for one night and didn't explore many projects. I have the opportunity to stay longer to experience it.

Very clean and friendly. The resort is large and the private beach is beautiful and clean.

It is very close to the airport, only 15 minutes away, and about 30 minutes to the town center. The facilities and environment are great. There are many swimming pools, but you can only go to the swimming pool of the building you live in. The hotel also has its own beach, but the sand on the beach is not fine, and you can't swim near the beach. You can only play in the water. There are stones everywhere. The room cleaning service is average, and it feels a bit muddle-headed. In terms of food, there are many kinds. Three meals a day are buffets, but they are all Arabic food, which makes you want to vomit. It is worth mentioning that I personally feel that the waiters there are not considerate to the Chinese (for example, when foreigners sit down in the restaurant, the waiters will pour them water and bring them the drinks they need, but for the Chinese, at least for us, it is not like this. We need to get the drinks ourselves, and even when we ask the waiters to get drinks, they will respond to me slowly, and so on). This may be the reason why there are relatively few Chinese people in this hotel. I only saw a few Chinese individual tourists coming the day before I left. Generally speaking, the environment is very good, the food is not bad, and if you don't mind being neglected (it is still very polite on the surface), it is also a good choice to live here.

The hotel is beautiful and the all-inclusive food is more than expected.

The SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort hotel is an exceptional place that offers an unforgettable experience for all its guests. From the rooms to the food, location, service, staff and entertainment team, every aspect of the hotel reflects a standard of excellence. Starting with the rooms, the beds were excellent and the views we had from the room were also very good. The room service was very friendly and attentive at all times. The food buffet was very varied and had an excellent presentation. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help at all times with a smile. The facilities were excellent. To put a hitch, the beach was not a big deal... With stones at the entrance that make bathing difficult. However, it has a reserved area for snorkeling and seeing the coral. Finally, the animation team strives to carry out numerous activities and keep guests entertained making their stay more fun and exciting.

Came here in early February, it’s so relaxing and comfortable to blow dry.

The room is very small, the hygiene is not good, the furniture is old, it is not recommended to stay here
