Dining: There are not many takeout options, probably because they are all closed during the Chinese New Year. The only options are in commercial centers that are far away. It is best to eat out and come back. Breakfast was normal and sufficient. Service: I only had some contact with the front desk, and I felt that they were not very enthusiastic. The floor tiles were very slippery when I entered the door on a rainy day. I saw several people slipping. I reminded the girl at the front desk to put a mat, but she did nothing. Facilities: The entire hotel only has 18th, 19th and 20th floors. The sound insulation is very average. The family room setting has serious bugs. It has no bathroom door. After taking a shower, the shower door opens outside. The floor mat at the door cannot be used to open the door, so it has to be left unlaid. If you put your clothes inside, they will get wet. If you put them outside, you will have to stand naked in front of your family to dry them. There is only a hand shower, no overhead shower. The shower water is very cold at 8 pm. You have to shower early because the public boiler is obviously too late to heat up. The air conditioner is quiet, has smart devices, and is generally in line with the specifications of a budget hotel.

The front desk, Xiao Zeng and Xiao Yang and Xiao Zhao, served me well and made me feel good about my experience here. The room was also large and clean and comfortable to stay in. There is KFC and Timhortons on the same building. Also lot of food joints near by.

Yunhe Yebo Hotel is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and nice. They provide a great service and the amenities are clean and tidy. The shuttle service is also nice even though I didn’t make reservations 24 hours before check in. But they are still able to arrange a shuttle service for me from the train station. The fruit and soup are delicious and suitable for winter. Besides, the variance of choices of breakfast is also one of the best ones that I had in my life. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel. Definitively I will stay again next time when I visit Shaoxing.
