The cleaning was meticulous, even the corners were spotless. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the elevator wait times were short. There are plenty of dining options nearby, making it perfect for a short stay.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. It was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The location was also excellent, right next to the subway station, and just a few minutes' walk to the lake. Overall, it was a very satisfying and delightful experience!

Great location, very convenient for getting around. It's right next to Wanda Plaza and Jinjie, making dining and shopping super easy. The only minor downside is that the TV doesn't have internet, so you can't watch anything on it.

The room featured tidy modern furnishings, soft and clean bedding, and a quiet environment, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Every detail inside the room was carefully arranged, fully reflecting the hotel’s professional service standard. In addition, the hotel prepared complimentary fresh fruit platters for guests during the stay. The seasonal fruits were fresh, carefully selected, and neatly presented, bringing a sweet and thoughtful touch after a long day of travel or work. This small but heartwarming gesture greatly enhanced the overall accommodation experience and made guests feel valued and cared for. Another highlight is the free laundry service, which is extremely practical for long-term stays and business travelers. The self-service laundry facilities are fully equipped, clean, and easy to operate, allowing guests to wash and dry clothes for free anytime. It effectively solved the trouble of laundry during the trip, bringing great convenience and saving extra time and expenses. Overall, Novotel Shaoxing Keqiao delivers attentive, user-oriented services with sincere details. With generous complimentary benefits, comfortable room conditions, and reliable supporting facilities, it is absolutely a cost-effective and highly recommended hotel in Shaoxing Keqiao area.

Service: The night shift front desk manager and the night shift housekeeping auntie provided excellent service. They were very understanding of guests' needs and promptly addressed housekeeping issues, even double-checking my room's cleanliness. I'm very grateful to all the front desk and housekeeping staff. Cleanliness: However, the room's cleanliness was a major letdown. The first room had stains on the curtains, but the front desk lady quickly helped me switch rooms, which was great (#^.^#)👍🏻. Unfortunately, I was busy at the time and couldn't inspect the new room. Later that evening, when I returned to the hotel, I found both toothbrush cups were dirty, with what looked like toothpaste residue from a previous guest rather than water stains. The spot where you'd place your phone in the bathroom was also dirty. It felt like the room hadn't been cleaned at all. While the room rate wasn't high, I feel that basic hygiene standards should still be maintained.

The rooms are quite spacious, and they even offer fruit porridge. Parking is super convenient with the hotel's exclusive parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving tourists – no need to stress about finding a spot, and it feels safe and secure. What really stands out is the service, from the warm and efficient check-in process where the front desk proactively helped us get our preferred room, to every staff member we encountered who greeted us with a smile. Any requests were handled incredibly quickly. The attention to detail truly shows how much care they put in, making us feel really welcome.

The breakfast setup at the second-floor restaurant strikes a good balance between efficiency and quality. There's a wide variety of options, especially the freshly cooked noodles, and the freshly ground coffee is a huge plus! 👍🏻 The room cleanliness is impeccable – spotless and tidy, with professional service. It's super close to the market, but unfortunately, we encountered some rainy weather.

For my trip to Keqiao, Shaoxing, I chose the Hyatt Place, and my overall experience exceeded expectations! The hotel, newly opened in 2025, boasts brand-new facilities. The lobby design incorporates Keqiao's textile culture, with shuttle-shaped lighting fixtures and intricate woven fabric details throughout, giving it a strong local character.

The hotel has great bedding and excellent bathroom facilities – I really liked them! The best part is its proximity to Keqiao Ancient Town, just about 200 meters away on foot. You can cross a small bridge and find a Tim Hortons. It was lovely to take a quiet stroll around the ancient town early in the morning before heading back to the hotel for breakfast. The only downside is that there's a warehouse next to the hotel, so you might hear loading and unloading from trucks and smaller vehicles.
