Next to the hotel is the scenic spot Dayu Mausoleum, known as Yuxue, which is a holy place to commemorate Dayu, the ancestor of the founding of the Chinese nation, and a must-visit place to explore the remains of the heroes of water control. The staff of the hotel are enthusiastic and proactive, the design is warm and exquisite, and every inch of the space reveals warmth and exquisiteness. The sunny balcony is a good place to relax. I like to walk and read here, letting time flow slowly. In the secluded place, the bluestone road winds between the ancient trees. When the moonlight falls, the outline of the eaves is like an ink line, as if it is a painting that travels through time and space. In the misty rain, the ancient building reflects the blue waves, and the sound of rain hitting banana leaves and the footprints of mottled stone steps are intertwined into the whispers of the years. The hotel has complete infrastructure, a 24-hour gym, a clean and tidy swimming pool, a self-service restaurant with rich dishes, and Yujia Courtyard, a special dish. Lu Huiru, a staff member of the children's playground, is enthusiastic and proactive. The environment here is elegant and comfortable, and the service attitude is first-class. Staying at Shaoxing Lilac Garden Hotel is really my wise choice!
The hotel lobby is upright and the building is built on the small bridge. The room is spacious and bright. Although it is an old hotel, it is not old. It is clean and tidy and makes people feel comfortable living in it. The weather suddenly cooled down and I was worried that the heating of the old hotel would be poor. I didn't expect to stay warm for one night.
The downside is that the breakfast is a bit perfunctory and needs to be improved. Although the hotel is deviated from the city center, it is backed by the Daliling Scenic Area and is very close to the Dali Kaiyuan Guantang Hotel. It is a good place to take a walk after dinner.
The hotel service is thoughtful, the front desk brother is warmly welcomed, and Shaoxing souvenirs are also presented before leaving. It is a very pleasant stay experience đđđ

1. Itâs impossible to go hiking at Dayu Tomb on a rainy day, so thereâs nothing to do while staying here. In addition, although there is a small door between the hotel and Dayu Mausoleum, there is a handle and no passage is allowed. You still need to go around and walk to the entrance of the scenic spot, which is not a close walk.
2. The room is crowded. Two 1-meter single beds are crammed into the room and there is not much space to move around. There is a small balcony, and the outside of the balcony is half bamboo and half wall.
4. The only supplies are 2 toothbrushes, 1 comb and 2 shower caps.
5. No swimming pool
6. There is no dinner, so we need takeout or go out to eat somewhere farther away.

The family traveled to Shaoxing on May Day. The parent-child room of the hotel was very convenient and comfortable. There were two large beds and a small single room in the room.
The hot water in the bathroom shower room was large, and it was very comfortable to take a shower. The water was so large that it felt like you could push people to walk.
There are charging piles in the hotel's ground parking lot. I will come to Shaoxing to see the tram next time I come.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, cost-effective rooms, and a panoramic view of the natural scenery. Especially the front desk butler's service is very good. The hotel environment is good, the front desk staff is enthusiastic, and the check-in is fast. There is no anxiety of waiting. When I walked into the room, there was no peculiar smell. The bed was flat, the floor was shiny, and the bathroom was reasonably laid out, which was super convenient to use. It is very friendly to friends who drive by themselves. There is a super large parking lot, and parking is stress-free. The breakfast on the second day was on the second floor. There were rich varieties, both Chinese and Western, which perfectly awakened the taste buds in the morning. First of all, the hotel is about 3 kilometers away from Lu Xun's former residence. It is not within walking distance.
Secondly, the hotel has no parking lot. If you want to park, you have to go to a very small parking lot next to it. It is narrow and small, almost equivalent to no parking lot. I drove around and couldn't get in. I had to park at the door of the hotel. Before parking, I asked the front desk staff if I could park at the door. The staff replied that I could park behind a black car, but the answer was vague. And I didn't tell them that parking at the door of the hotel would be labeled.
So after driving around and not being able to park in the parking lot mentioned by the staff, I had to park at the door of the hotel.
Then I was fined for the fine. (Several cars at the door should be hotel residents' cars and were labeled) In short, friends who are planning to drive here, please be cautious. It's not easy to park! It's not easy to park! It's not easy to park!

Eeva424tyFirst of all, let me summarize, this trip was great. Special thanks to Butler Xiaoxia for her sweet smile and enthusiastic service. Other check-in experiences are as follows:
1. Transportation: At first I thought it would be difficult to drive on a rural road, but I ended up navigating a pretty good path, and I had no problem driving, so the journey went smoothly.
2. The hotel facilities and hardware are very good. I highly recommend the independent hotel. You can watch the sunrise in the room. Itâs so worth it. He upgraded the room for us during the Spring Festival to make my parents live very comfortable. The room layout is one step at a time, and Xu Xun's paintings are very elegant. I had a fantastic stay at the ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made my stay very comfortable. We stayed on the 51st executive floor, specifically in room 5128, which offered a stunning lake view and an impressively spacious layout. The room featured a proper bathtub, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate section for the shower and toilet, divided by transparent glass partitions. However, the lack of privacy in this setup could be uncomfortable if youâre sharing the room with a colleague or business associate. Since I was traveling with my wife, this wasnât an issue for us.
Service: 9/10
Although most of the staff didnât speak or understand English, they made a genuine effort to ensure guests were happy. Language barriers in China are common, but using a translator app helped us navigate communication seamlessly. Night shift front desk manager Lynn was very helpful and spoke English properly. Breakfast was served at the Manhattan Restaurant on the 45th floor, offering stunning views. The buffet featured a great mix of Western and Oriental dishes, including a wide variety of cheeses, croissants, a self-serve ground coffee machine, fresh fruits, and a selection of dumplings.

The hotel is about 20 minutes from Shaoxing North Railway Station, which was convenient for us. However, the immediate surroundings donât offer muchâ the nearest convenience store is about a 8-10 minute walk. We used DiDi for all our trips, so this wasnât a major issue. For shopping or dining, Wanda Plaza Mall is about 12 minutes away by car, offering a variety of restaurants, including McDonaldâs, KFC, and Starbucks. We highly recommend trying Green Tea, a local restaurant on the mallâs third floor, for delicious food at reasonable prices.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Shaoxing.

GGuest UserThe Oriental Grand hotel is part of a complex which includes 3 theme parks. One indoor mountain park, one indoor water park, and one large outdoor theme park. The parks were fun for our toddler. Call in advance to see which parts of the park are open/closed for the season. The hotel and facilities are designed for kids, so expect lots of them to be around! We stayed for 3 nights during the October Golden Week but the hotel was not overly busy, nor was the theme park.
The breakfast was solid with mostly Chinese options but Western options as well. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the buffet dinner. Other food options in the area are quite limited, and the food in the parks is pretty poor.
We were a 20-40 minute taxi ride away from other major attractions in the city, like Daxianglin and the giant buddha, as well as some of the ancient towns.
The rooms were clean and new, and we had an excellent view of the nightly fireworks show from the main theme park, even from the bathtub! The rooms were quiet at night and the blackout curtains allowed everyone to sleep in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Overall I would recommned this hotel to people seeking quiet and comfort during a theme-park trip.

The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD
