The hotel is clean, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. When I checked in, they saw that I brought my child and gave me children's slippers and toothbrushes. The weather was dry, and the cleaning lady also prepared extra drinking water for us. After checking out, she also gave the children gifts. I felt very considerate throughout the stay, and I will choose this place next time.

The building is very well built and maintained. Exceptionally clean. I was given an upgrade for a room on the 21 st floor, thank you! Two of the older staff on the front desk spoke English, the younger staff seemed very nervous around me as the only foreigner in town. I couldn’t find the gym. There is a pool, but only for the brave in winter. Handy location next to the mall and supermarket, not far from the the East bus station where you can go to the region’s main attraction. The hotel really needs a washing machine and clothes dryer for self service laundry. I found the bed very firm. Very good value for money.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel. The room equipment is new. The breakfast has a lot of varieties and tastes good. It is very close to the train station and the city is just across the bridge. The location is good and the transportation is convenient. The room is comfortable and sanitary. The service staff is very enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help. The girl is very enthusiastic and deserves a reward.

Looks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

This is a newly built hotel. Everything is still very new and clean. The location is on the edge of the city center. With 2-3 dollars taxi very easily to go anywhere in the city. Our room has a very beautiful view over the river and mountain. The breakfast is very good. Shan Shan was so nice with us. She is very friendly and helpful!! At the reception employees are very helpful as well. A little less good was the room service, 3-4 days they don’t clean well our room. But as soon as I called the front desk they clean and organized the room. Our stay in this hotel was pleasant.

The hotel is near Shaoguan Station, surrounded by residential buildings, convenient for eating and drinking, with its own parking lot for free parking, luxurious inside and outside, pets are allowed, there is a large lawn outside for walking dogs, remember to clean up the excrement consciously, the room is spacious, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is plenty of hot water. The downside is that there are few bedside sockets, which makes it inconvenient for multiple people to charge, the Internet speed is very slow, which is equivalent to having no refrigerator, and the refrigerator is also broken. It does not cool down even if it is powered on all night. The breakfast is very delicious, with a wide variety, very good, and I will stay here next time

Because the karaoke of another tenant in the podium may disturb the guests, the hotel kindly wrote a notice and provided earplugs. At first I thought it was okay, but in fact it was ”shot”. After getting up at three in the morning, I heard singing one song after another, interspersed with dico, and it didn't stop until six in the morning. I heard that guests and residents complained one after another, and the hotel also reported to the relevant departments, but it was useless. If you have requirements for sleep, you can call the hotel to solve it when booking.

The room is spacious and bright, the window is facing the lake, the environment is quiet, the 2 meter 6 bed is very comfortable, the new moderate decoration is very tall, I like it very much!
